No, Property Cloud do not provide any property services. We are a marketplace where people looking for professional advice. People who want to sell or let a property can come to find a good property service provider.
As a result we do not take any responsibility for work carried out by any person or company that you discovered on this website.
What kind of clients do we work with?
How do i become a partner?
If you are a property professional and you wish to list your services you should go to our partner page and register. We are currently looking to partner with licensed selling, letting and management estate agencies.

Why are online estate agents prices so much cheaper than a local Estate Agent?
A high street estate agent has a number of extra overheads. Including a shopfront, office equipment, display units and the maintenance costs associated with this. As a result, you will expect to pay more for the services of a local estate agents.
Amongst other factors, another reasons is that local estate agents can provide localised knowledge, property valuations and home visits as standard. Even before any agreement has been reached. Good cars, nice clothes, conducting viewings and being available for face to face meetings also add to the cost associated with local estate agents.
How long until online estate agents list my property online
This can be specific to each company. However, the more work you are willing to take on, and the more information you can quickly provide will speed up this process.
Also, Having BER certifications, professional photos, floor plans, and other specific relevant information can speed things up.
What if I want to change to an online estate agent from a local agent.
If you are currently listed with another estate agent you would need to find out whether you have signed any agreements. Some estate agents prevent you from switching to another estate agent. If you have not signed into such an agreement then you are free to change agents or simply enlist two or three separate agents.
A simple call into your estate agents office should suffice to determine what your contract permits in terms of exclusivity.
What kind of properties can I sell with an online estate agent?
At present online estate agents list any residential dwelling i.e, house, apartment, cottage, Flat. There is no company that will accept an order rom customers selling commercial or agricultural premises or property (November 2016)
What commission percentage do online estate agents charge?
This is all company specific and we can not answer this question for all companies:
Most online estate agents pricing options, do not charge any commission whatsoever. These are fixed rate fees that is determined and often paid before any service is provided. However, some companies provide an option for split payments.
Split pay would see a small deposit paid upfront. While the pre-determined (upfront) balance would be paid on completion of sale.
Some companies offer commission also, however, this will more than likely be a lot more expensive that a fixed fee option.
